Visit to Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve







Fresh air and the sound of cicada filled our trail along the Mangrove Broadwalk at the Sungei Buloh Nature Reserve. A total of 10 members, guest and family members attended this activity. Led by Rtr Zakir, participants were brought to the mini auditorium where a short video of the history and objective of this nature reserve.

After the 30 minutes video, they were led to the broundwalk where they are given the opportunity to soak in the sight and sounds of nature. Participants were also informed of the importance of the mangroves and the reason of its depletion.

upon finishing the tour, participants went on an impromptu visit to other farms in the area like the Aurogreen farm and Fish farms. Participants bought vegetables and fishes at reasonable price. We then headed for lunch and depart for the day.
